About the Role
As a Graphic Designer, you will develop creative and visually impactful materials across print, digital, video, and online platforms. Working closely with internal stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams, you will transform complex information into engaging visual communications that inform, inspire, and connect with audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality creative solutions across digital and print media.
- Develop a wide range of communication materials including brochures, newsletters, presentations, social media content, video content, publications, and advertisements.
- Provide expert advice on visual design, branding, asset production, and communication best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and deliver effective visual solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities while ensuring delivery to agreed timelines.
- Coordinate external suppliers including printers, photographers, videographers, and other creative specialists.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of communication processes, services, and standards.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
- Experience creating high-quality visual communications for large corporate, government, or complex organisations.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards, including creating accessible PDF and Word documents.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working within established brand guidelines and style frameworks.
- 5+ years' experience in graphic, digital, visual, or creative design.
- Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
- Experience working within government environments.
