We are seeking Contracts Administrators and Senior Contracts Administrators to join a team delivering metro station development projects.
With opportunities across both upstream and downstream contracts, this is an excellent opportunity for commercial professionals looking to contribute to a major project within a collaborative project team.
Depending on experience, you will be responsible for the administration and commercial management of head contracts, subcontractor packages and supplier agreements, working closely with project delivery and commercial teams.

Depending on experience, you will be responsible for the administration and commercial management of head contracts, subcontractor packages and supplier agreements, working closely with project delivery and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration of head contracts, subcontracts and supplier agreements.
- Prepare, assess and negotiate variations, claims, extensions of time (EOTs) and progress payments.
- Manage contractual correspondence, notices and commercial documentation.
- Monitor project costs, commitments, variations and commercial risks.
- Support procurement, subcontract negotiations and final account settlements.
- Liaise with project teams, clients, subcontractors and suppliers to resolve contractual matters.
- Maintain accurate commercial registers, reporting and contract records.
- Provide commercial advice and support to the wider project team.
- Previous experience in a Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator role within construction, infrastructure or engineering.
- Strong understanding of contract administration, claims, variations and commercial risk management.
- Experience managing head contracts and/or downstream subcontractor packages.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
