About the Company

ProForce is Australia’s leading specialist in graduate sales recruitment, sales training, and executive sales recruitment. We’ve been in market for 20 years, have placed more than 15,000 candidates, and built a strong, loyal customer base across 8 vertical markets.

Our business is built around helping companies find, train, and retain high-performing sales talent, with three divisions supporting the market: graduate sales recruitment, executive sales recruitment, and sales training.

About the Role

ProForce is looking for a Delivery Manager to join the ProExec division and support the delivery of mid-senior level recruitment assignments. This role is focused on end-to-end delivery rather than business development, making it well suited to someone with strong talent acquisition or recruitment delivery
experience who enjoys sourcing, screening, interview management, and candidate progression.
  • The Delivery Manager will work across live roles managed by ProExec, primarily within sales, while also supporting selected positions across other functions for established clients.
  • You’ll work across a broad mix of industries, from SMB through to multinational enterprises across ANZ, which helps reduce risk and keeps the work varied.
  • The role is focused on improving delivery efficiency, creating better processes, and helping us place people faster.
  • It sits within a high-reward culture, with strong recognition for performance - last year’s President’s Club was in Las Vegas.
  • You’ll also have the chance to attend industry events we host across Sydney and Melbourne.
  • The business offers great perks through partnerships with Virgin and School for Life, including both lifestyle and charity benefits.
Key Responsibilities
  • Source and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, networking, and direct search methods.
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews to assess experience, motivation, fit, and suitability for live briefs.
  • Manage active recruitment processes end to end, including shortlist preparation, interview scheduling, feedback loops, and offer-stage coordination.
  • Submit well-qualified candidate shortlists and communicate clearly with clients throughout the process.
  • Attend client calls, take detailed briefs, and maintain momentum across multiple live assignments.
  • Keep CRM and candidate records accurate, current, and action-oriented.
  • Build passive talent pools and saved searches by industry, role, and location to support future hiring demand.
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience through clear communication, timely follow-up, and professional process management.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will come from either an internal talent acquisition background or an agency delivery background and will be confident managing recruitment delivery without needing a sales focus. Strong hands-on sourcing capability, structured interviewing, stakeholder management, and
process discipline are essential for this role.

This person should be comfortable working across multiple assignments at once, adapting to different client requirements, and maintaining high activity levels while protecting candidate quality. Experience recruiting mid-senior level commercial talent, particularly in sales, would be highly valued.

Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment delivery, executive search support, or agency recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing capability across LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Premium Talent Search, Apollo, ZoomInfo, SignalHire, Lusha, talent databases, and direct search channels.
  • Experience screening candidates and assessing suitability against detailed briefs.
  • Experience building out passive talent pools so when briefs are taken, delivery is efficient and timely
  • Ability to manage multiple live roles and keep recruitment processes moving at pace.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with both candidates and clients.
  • High attention to detail across CRM management, interview coordination, and follow-up.
  • Prior exposure to sales recruitment or commercial roles is advantageous, but broader recruitment delivery experience is also relevant.
Success Measures

Success in this role will be assessed through a combination of placement outcomes, activity levels, workflow discipline, and pipeline development.

Core performance expectations are likely to include placements, candidate interviews completed, first-round client interviews, active role coverage across
live assignments, and ongoing passive talent pool creation aligned to target industries, role types, and locations.
