Palletizer – 2nd shift

 Benton Harbor, MI
 Pay: $15.50/hr
 Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3 PM to 1 AM (10‑hour shifts)
 
Job Summary
We are looking for reliable, entry‑level Palletizers to support a production facility in Benton Harbor. This role involves stacking, organizing, and preparing finished products on pallets for shipment. No prior experience required — just strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Stack and organize products onto pallets according to company standards.
  • Wrap, label, and prepare pallets for storage or shipment.
  • Inspect products for basic quality before palletizing.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Follow all safety rules and production guidelines.
  • Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
  • No experience required; training provided.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
  • Able to stand, bend, and move throughout a 10‑hour shift.
  • Reliable attendance and transportation.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
