FRS Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a client based in Mullingar for an experienced Finance Clerical Officer – Grade 4 on an agency contract, offered on a week-to-week basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a busy Finance team and provide support across financial reporting, payroll, month-end processes, reconciliations and general finance administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with financial reporting and month-end processes
- Assist with payroll and Paybill processes
- Prepare accruals, prepayments and reconciliations
- Generate and maintain financial reports
- Assist with Purchase Orders and finance processes
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance Department
- Work closely with A/P, A/R teams
- Maintain accurate records and ensure deadlines are met
- Support ad hoc finance projects as required
Key Requirements:
- Significant experience working in a finance role
- Previous payroll experience is essential
- Experience with month-end accounts and financial reporting
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- Experience analysing and manipulating financial data
- Experience working with finance and payroll systems
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team
- Experience with Purchase Orders is highly desirable
