Nesco Resource is currently recruiting for skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technicians to help keep our client’s manufacturing operations running efficiently and safely. This is an excellent full-time, Direct Hire opportunity with competitive pay and benefits.   
 
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong multi-craft maintenance experience and a commitment to safety, quality, and reliability.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic equipment issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities to maximize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs during production operations.
• Install, maintain, and service machinery, equipment, and building infrastructure as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders to complete maintenance tasks accurately.
• Repair or replace defective components and perform testing and adjustments to ensure proper equipment operation.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, electrical testing equipment, and material handling devices safely and effectively.
• Assist with maintenance and operation of conveyor systems, packaging equipment, vacuum sealers, boilers, and related production equipment.
• Follow all company safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), HACCP, and sanitation requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support production demands by working overtime and extended hours when necessary.

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. (food manufacturing a plus!)
• Strong background in both mechanical and electrical maintenance and repair.
• Experience troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with PLCs, HVAC systems, high-voltage equipment, conveyors, and facility maintenance.
• Experience with boiler systems and conveyor operations is a plus.
• Ability to diagnose problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Certificate, diploma, or degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related technical field from an accredited institution preferred.

Pay:  $33.00 to $36.00 per hour, DOE
