What you'll be doing

1. Managing your own portfolio of insurance matters, including personal injury claims
2. Drafting court documents, correspondence and legal advice
3. Managing your own file load with autonomy, while supervising and delegating to junior lawyers
4. Working closely with Partners on complex claims to deepen your expertise
5. Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives  

What we're looking for

1. 4+ years’ PAE in insurance litigation or personal injury law
2. Ability to manage files autonomously while effectively delegating tasks
3. Excellent drafting skills with the ability to communicate clearly in plain English
4. Strong interpersonal skills and confidence dealing with clients, insurers and courts
5. A proactive, “can-do” attitude and a collaborative team mindset
6. Genuine interest in developing your career within the insurance sector
