About the Role
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Team Leader will oversee daily warehouse operations while leading a team to achieve safe, efficient, and accurate handling of goods.
You will play a key role in driving productivity, coordinating workflow, supporting your team, and ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a warehouse team to achieve daily operational targets
- Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and production activities
- Allocate resources and manage workflow to meet deadlines
- Maintain inventory accuracy through stock checks and system management
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure WHS compliance
- Identify process improvements and support operational efficiencies
- Assist with site operations and stakeholder communication
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
- Demonstrated team leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) highly regarded
- Forklift Licence (LF) preferred
