A well-established, globally recognised multi-site organisation is looking to appoint a Global Supply Chain & Compliance Coordinator to join their Technical team at their Manchester Head Office. This is an exciting, permanent opportunity to take ownership of international registrations and regulatory compliance across a diverse global product portfolio.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Global Registrations Ownership: Complete and manage product import registrations for multiple international countries. Create and maintain a master tracker and timeline calendar to ensure all work, renewals and expiries are handled proactively.
• Supplier & Partner Collaboration: Act as the primary link with external registration consultants and agencies. Work closely with global manufacturing partners to gather, review and verify crucial regulatory documentation for accuracy.
• Project & Supply Chain Integration: Manage registration requirements for factory transfers, supplier onboarding and new product launches. Collaborate with Customer Services and Supply Chain teams to optimise processes and quickly resolve logistical blocks.
• Market Insight & Strategy: Investigate and make formal recommendations to support compliant entry into brand-new international markets. Adapt seamlessly to changing regulations in existing markets and document updates for the wider business.
• Sustainability & Corporate Values: Actively support ongoing initiatives and cross-functional frameworks tied to the company's high ethical standards and sustainable B Corp values.

About You

• Industry Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working within a product registration, compliance, or international import/export function across global markets. FMCG experience is required.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Proven experience dealing directly or indirectly with import / export regulatory bodies and 3rd party agencies.
• Core Skills: Highly organised with exceptional time management skills to handle a busy, time-sensitive workload. A superb eye for detail ensuring flawless accuracy of data and documentation.
• Communication & Influence: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and external partners without direct authority.
• IT Literacy: Proficient with standard Microsoft applications. Experience or familiarity with tools like Sage, AI assistants, or data dashboard reporting is a distinct advantage.
