Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced EUSR Competent Person to join a project based in Hackney, starting Monday.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Acting as the designated Competent Person on site, ensuring all works are carried out safely and in accordance with EUSR and client requirements.
- Monitoring and enforcing site health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with relevant utility and civil engineering procedures.
- Coordinating plant and vehicle movements across the worksite.
- Managing safe access and egress for operatives, plant, and deliveries.
- Carrying out Plant and Vehicle Marshall duties where required.
- Identifying and reporting hazards, near misses, and unsafe working practices.
- Liaising with site management, supervisors, and operatives to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
- Assisting with site inductions, briefings, and toolbox talks.
- Ensuring all work activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and client specifications.
- Valid EUSR Competent Person qualification.
- CPCS or NPORS Plant and Vehicle Marshall ticket (essential).
- Previous experience within utilities, highways, or civil engineering environments.
- Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and site compliance.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
