About the role
The Business Development Representative will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding the customer base. This position requires a proactive approach to identify and secure new business opportunities while managing existing customer relationships. The role combines office-based responsibilities with significant fieldwork, providing a balanced work dynamic.
Key responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry
  • Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential clients
  • Collaborate with account managers to align strategies and goals
  • Attend the office for approximately four hours daily to participate in team activities and training
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the construction industry
  • Strong capability in managing customer relationships and driving sales initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred but not mandatory
