WHS Officer - Construction | Northwest, NSW

Join a dynamic and growing construction company as a full-time WHS Officer based in Norwest Sydney, NSW. This is a pivotal role supporting the health, safety, and environmental compliance of major construction projects, ensuring the wellbeing of the workforce and the successful delivery of site operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain WHS policies, procedures, and systems to ensure legislative and regulatory compliance
  • Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and investigations, driving corrective and preventative actions
  • Provide WHS training and support to project teams, fostering a strong safety culture
  • Maintain accurate documentation and continuously improve WHS practices across projects
Relevant Experience:
  • MONDAY - SATURDAY 
  • Minimum Cert IV in OH&S  - OR WORKING TOWARDS 
  • 12 + Months in an HSE role within in the Commercial New Build construction industry
  • Strong understanding of latest OH&S legislation
