If you’re a consultative B2B seller who loves solving real operational problems for customers—and you want a clear path into leadership—this role is built for you. You’ll partner with well-known commercial accounts (think logistics, distribution, and national brands) to match the right solutions to their needs, grow a territory, and develop into an Outside Sales Branch Manager role with P&L ownership.

What you’ll do

In this field-based sales role, you’ll spend your days building relationships and winning business by delivering the right equipment solution at the right time:

  • Consultative selling to B2B customers (including large, recognizable brands) 
  • Prospect and grow a territory: identify new opportunities, develop pipeline, and close transactions
  • Develop and expand existing accounts: increase sales through consistent customer touchpoints and service-minded follow-through
  • Use technology and a sales contact system to track leads, manage activity, support inventory processes, and monitor key branch metrics
  • Leadership development: train for promotion into an Outside Sales Branch Manager position (typically within 1–2 years), where you’ll run a branch and own results

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (inside or outside sales; consultative styles strongly preferred. Territory management / territory supervision experience is a plus
  • Willingness to relocate for promotion into Branch Management within your first 1–2 years (relocation assistance provided)

  • Proven ability to build relationships, prospect new business, and close sales

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology to track leads, accounts, and performance

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment

    Salary: $50-$55,000/year + Bonus + Commission
