Duties:
- Design, develop, and enhance complex software and mobile applications.
- Lead technical design, coding, debugging, testing, and deployment efforts.
- Partner with product, UX/UI, and engineering teams to turn business needs into scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and improve application performance, quality, and security.
- Mentor developers and help establish strong coding and development practices.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of professional software development experience with Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar.
- Hands-on mobile development experience with .NET MAUI, Blazor, Xamarin, Flutter, Kotlin, or similar.
- Strong SQL and relational database experience, including performance optimization.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design principles, testing, and the SDLC.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
