Customer Collections Officer

Harrison McMillan has partnered with a leading manufacturing business to recruit a Customer Collections Officer.

This is a varied, operational role where you'll be the key point of contact for customers by managing orders, coordinating collections, and providing exceptional service both over the phone and at the counter.

About the Role

Reporting into the Operations Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person

• Processing customer orders and updating order information

• Coordinating customer collections and notifying customers when orders are ready

• Assisting customers with order pick-ups at the service counter

• Liaising with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfilment

• Resolving customer queries and providing outstanding service

• Supporting general administration and operational activities

About You

You will have:

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Counter Sales, Internal Sales, Order Processing, or a similar role

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Strong computer literacy and confidence learning new systems

• A positive, team-focused attitude

Experience within manufacturing, industrial, trade, or logistics environments will be highly regarded.
