What You'll Do:
As a Senior Estimator, you'll be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop competitive bids. Your expertise will influence project planning and ensure our bids reflect both accuracy and strategic value.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience in construction or related industries with a proven track record in estimating large-scale projects
  • Strong proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to liaise effectively with clients and project teams
  • Sound understanding of safety standards and compliance regulations

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with software such as Bluebeam, Planswift, or Primavera
  • Knowledge of sustainable or green building practices
  • Prior experience in project management or contract negotiation

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years of estimating experience in the construction industry or a similar field

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
  • Relevant certifications such as PEC or CMAA are a plus
