A well-established, physician-led multi-specialty group in the Los Angeles area is seeking a BC/BE Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician to join a high-demand practice offering a balanced mix of outpatient pulmonary medicine and inpatient critical care in a collaborative, high-acuity clinical environment.

Position Highlights:

  • 50% outpatient pulmonary medicine / 50% inpatient pulmonary & critical care practice
  • Hospital and LTACH-based clinical responsibilities
  • Established multi-specialty group with strong leadership and referral network
  • Shared call coverage (approximately 1:2, negotiable)
  • Opportunity to work in a high-growth Southern California market
  • Partnership track available within outpatient practice
  • Collaborative, multidisciplinary care environment


Qualifications:

  • MD or DO
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Disease, Critical Care Medicine, and Internal Medicine
  • Strong clinical skills in managing complex inpatient and outpatient cases
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multi-specialty environment


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary of $360K plus $40k performance bonus
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance negotiable
  • Malpractice insurance coverage provided
