Job Description:

Join our Marketing & Communications team as a Product Specialist and play a key role in bringing Summerset's villages to market. You'll coordinate the creation of virtual tours, marketing tools and sales resources that support village launches and sales activity.

Whether your background is in property, construction, development, design, architecture, or marketing, this is a unique opportunity to work on meaningful projects that help showcase our villages and support future residents as they make one of life's biggest decisions.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate the creation of marketing and sales tools including Matterport tours, 3D models, photography, collateral and signage.
• Work closely with Development, Construction, Sales, Marketing, and external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Maintain oversight of development activities to ensure timely delivery of resources.
• Coordinate design updates, manage documentation, and support product launches.
• Coordinate, manage and document meetings internally and with suppliers.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, marketing materials, and customer-facing resources.
• Gather customer and market insights to help enhance the tools and information we provide to prospective residents.

Qualifications:

You’re a detail-oriented and creative marketing professional who thrives on collaboration and delivering exceptional product experiences.

What we’re looking for:

• A customer-centric mindset and a creative eye.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
• Inquisitive mindset to investigate the right outcomes for the business and customers.
• A degree in marketing, business, design, or related field (preferred but not essential).
• Experience in product management, ideally in real estate or construction.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (InDesign experience is a bonus).
