Seeking a BE/BC Urologist to join fantastic team in central Illinois, looking to expand the service. Build your practice the way you prefer and choose how busy you want to be. High earning potential for a motivated and efficient physician.

  • 7 on, 7 off schedule
  • $700,000 + bonus based on RVU production
  • $100,000 sign-on bonus
  • $100,000 total retention bonus (paid over 5 years)
  • Quality bonus up to $50,000 (eligible upon earning base salary)
  • 33 days of time off
  • 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
