About the Role

This position sits within the Client Relations function and focuses on supporting the distribution, positioning, and development of private market investment strategies. The successful candidate will act as a key link between investment teams, sales teams, and institutional clients, helping drive fundraising efforts and client engagement in Japan.

Responsibilities

• Partner with institutional sales teams to support relationships with pension funds, financial institutions, and asset managers.
• Lead marketing and capital-raising activities for private market investment strategies.
• Monitor portfolio performance, investment activity, and market developments.
• Coordinate with global investment teams to ensure effective communication and information sharing.
• Support product development initiatives and help structure investment solutions tailored to local investor needs.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, investment updates, and marketing materials.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate investments, private markets, or related investment products.
• Strong understanding of institutional investors and fundraising processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret investment and financial data.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative global environment.
• Bachelor's degree or above; professional investment qualifications are advantageous.
