You’ll be in the tools daily, shaping strategy, building and optimising campaigns, steering spend to ROI/ROAS targets, and sitting close enough to decision-makers to move fast.

What success looks like in month 1–6: you’ve mapped the account, tightened structure and feeds, dialled in bidding and budgets, launched a sharp test plan across search/social, and built trust with stakeholders through crisp, commercial communication.
