MCP/A2A Platform - Engineering 基建平台项目，面向 1P 与 3P 的 Agent 构建与运行提供统一能力，覆盖协议接入、能力编排、运行时治理、可观测与安全等关键环节。


 

岗位职责
  • 参与网关平台的研发与演进，聚焦 高性能、高可用与可扩展性
  • 设计与实现网关核心能力：认证鉴权、流量治理、限流、负载均衡、监控与审计等
  • 基于 Rust / OpenResty 技术栈进行插件开发、性能优化与工程化建设
  • 在 高并发、分布式环境 下解决核心架构问题，持续提升系统稳定性与故障自愈能力
  • 推动网关层面的安全能力建设，保障系统与数据链路安全
任职要求
  • 本科及以上学历，5 年以上后端开发经验
  • 熟练掌握 Rust / OpenResty 中任意一项，具备实际项目经验
  • 理解 TCP/IP、HTTP、gRPC 等协议，具备高并发系统研发经验
  • 具备 安全相关设计与开发经验（鉴权、签名、权限、风控/防护等），能在网关层面落实安全策略
  • 注重工程化与代码质量（可测试、可观测、可回滚），具备良好的协作与推动能力
加分项
  • 有 APISIX 插件开发 或 OpenResty 二次开发经验
  • 有独立 Rust 网关/代理/高性能网络服务开发经验
  • 熟悉 云原生、Service Mesh、Kubernetes
  • 参与过开源 网关/中间件项目
  • 熟悉 MCP、A2A 协议，有 AI 工具辅助编码经验，具备 Agent Build 思维
