Technical Design Manager

This is a unique opportunity to lead the design and delivery of hyperscale datacenter projects from concept to commissioning. You'll have the autonomy to shape technical decisions, drive MEP design and work closely with senior leadership. 

What you'll do:

• Lead the MEP design and engineering of hyperscale datacenter projects, ensuring efficient and optimized technical solutions. 
• Manage and coordinate external consultants, contractors and design teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead design reviews ensuring all designs meet tenant requirements and industry standards. 
• Drive engineering excellence by managing project risks, improving design processes, and contributing to technical innovation and best practices.
• Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate technical decision-making with consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders.

What you'll need:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience in datacenters or other mission-critical infrastructure projects. 
• Strong technical expertise in MEP design including BOD documentation, technical specifications, and construction drawings
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing consultants, contractors, or complex engineering projects
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders

This role is based in Singapore, and will require extensive travelling.
