We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Production Associates to join a fast-paced food manufacturing and packaging facility. In this role, you will work on the production line, ensuring products are mixed, processed, packaged, and prepared for shipment according to high quality and safety standards.

Job Details & Compensation

• Position: Production Line Worker

• Pay Rate: $16.00 / hour

• Shift: Morning Shift

• Schedule: Monday through Friday (occasional weekend overtime may be required based on production needs)

Key Responsibilities

• Production Line Operation: Assist with the daily blending, mixing, and processing of products according to specific guidelines.

• Packaging & Quality Control: Package finished goods efficiently, inspect products for quality defects, and ensure proper labeling.

• Machine Operation: Monitor production equipment to ensure smooth operations and report any issues to the shift supervisor.

• Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with food safety and OSHA guidelines.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments is highly preferred (experience in food production/blending is a major plus).

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

• Reliability: Strong work ethic with a proven track record of excellent attendance, especially for late-afternoon/night shifts.

• Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow strict recipes, measurement guidelines, and safety procedures precisely.

• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
