The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an Accounts Officer to provide support for a 1 month annual leave cover. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is available to start immediately and looking for a short term assignment.
Working within a complex multi-entity business, you'll support the finance team with day-to-day accounts administration and accounts payable support, helping to keep invoicing flowing.

Working within a complex multi-entity business, you'll support the finance team with day-to-day accounts administration and accounts payable support, helping to keep invoicing flowing.
- Data entry of invoices
- Accounts payable processing
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Supplier account reconciliations
- Handling AP related queries
- Assisting the broader finance team with administrative tasks as required
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Previous experience in an Accounts Officer, Accounts Payable or a Finance Administration role
- Strong data entry accuracy, speed and attention to detail
- Comfortable working within a multi entity environment
- Able to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Available to commence immediately
- Immediate start
