As the Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time. You’ll work closely with internal teams across sales, warehouse, and logistics to provide an outstanding customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Processing sales and customer orders accurately within internal systems
- Coordinating deliveries and logistics to meet customer deadlines
- Liaising with warehouse, operations, and sales teams daily
- Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Resolving customer issues with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures
