We payroll weekly in-house or a choice through GNA - lower on-costs, savings passed onto you and tax savings through LAFHA. We have saving staff on average 16.6% on tax. Very easy set up, no cap, saving our staff good $$$. You will see this directly in your bank account every fortnight !  This isn't and doesn't affect salary packaging.
Bonus $2,000 for 12 week - can request leave dates in contract - must do 12 weeks full time hours for bonus.

Some of you will already have contracts or waiting for approval, feel free to spread the love and get $500 for the privilege. Conditions apply, such as your referral must not be someone who has worked for CC Medical or in current conversation and work at least 6 weeks or more.
  

• If on ABN RN8+ $120 an hour (inclusive of GST & Super) + weekend penalties, + on-call rates, in-charge rates are $110 per shift, plus overtime (1.5 - 2 times your shift rate) available whilst on-call.
• If PAYG up to RN8 $102.50 an hour weekday rate + weekend penalties + super, + on-call rates, in-charge rates are $102.50 per shift, plus overtime (1.5 - 2 times your shift rate) available whilst on-call. (Base rate taking into account weekly expenses and pay roll specialist GNA - earn Living away from home allowances (LAFHA) - tax free! - up to 16.6% on average higher tax home pa
• Nice on-site studio apartments, outdoor pool. I have pictures. Or those wanting own place - bring partner/ pets/ family Up to $616 a week- tax free . Can put towards accommodation and expenses like car hires, Ubers and food.
• Excellent onsite accommodation provided, CC Medical pay for accommodation
• Company fleet cars to use for gym and shopping visits, including bikes
• Flights paid & reimbursed up to $2,000 return
• Client picks you up from airport
• On-call allowances. Huge:10% of shift rate! , penalty rates, overtime (Whilst on-call) + super - Earning $5K a week or more

•  2-4 manager references / senior staff that are within the last year with their contact email address and place of work,
• Please remember contract extensions happen but are hard to get, always preferable to be able to commit to as long as you can! You won’t regret it. I get fantastic feedback from all my staff.
