  • Develop and maintain project execution plans

  • Manage contractors and vendors throughout bidding, selection and project execution

  • Develop scopes of work and bid packages for contractors and suppliers

  • Manage contract performance and changes throughout project delivery

  • Review project controls information and take corrective action where required

  • Manage changes to scope, schedule and cost

  • Coordinate construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities

  • Ensure projects meet applicable safety, quality and regulatory requirements

  • Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies

  • Provide clear project reporting and communicate progress to key stakeholders

  • Build productive relationships with engineering, operations, construction, commercial and other project stakeholders

  • Provide leadership and direction to internal and external project team members

  • Support field activities during key construction and project phases

What we're looking for

  • Significant project management experience within midstream, pipeline, energy or comparable industrial infrastructure

  • Experience delivering capital projects through engineering, procurement and construction

  • Experience within natural gas, crude oil or NGL infrastructure

  • Demonstrated ownership of project scope, schedule and budget

  • Experience managing contractors, vendors and engineering service providers

  • Strong contract management experience

  • Experience with pipeline and facility projects such as compressor stations, pump stations, terminals or process plants

  • Understanding of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities

  • Strong knowledge of project controls, cost management and scheduling

  • Experience managing project changes and competing priorities

  • Strong customer and stakeholder-facing communication skills

  • Demonstrated leadership across multidisciplinary project teams

  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project economics

We're interested in understanding the scale and complexity of projects you've personally managed. Candidates should be able to discuss:

  • Total Installed Cost (TIC) of projects delivered

  • Personal responsibility and level of project ownership

  • Project scope and complexity

  • Engineering, procurement and construction responsibilities

  • Budget and schedule accountability

  • Contracting strategies used

  • Construction and commissioning involvement

Experience delivering large-scale capital projects is highly valued.

Additional experience we'd value

  • Major capital or EPC projects
