THE ROLE.
In this position you will play an important role in the long-term growth and success of our team. Working alongside our highly experienced Associate Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for completing and taking ownership of a number of key recruitment and HR-related tasks across the business. Working alongside our highly experienced Associate Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for completing and taking ownership of a number of key recruitment and HR-related tasks across the business. This is not a passive role. You will:
- Manage internal recruitment end-to-end
- Set up, onboard, and induct new employees
- Drive employee training and development
- Update and issue internal contracts
- Develop and update internal HR systems and policies
- Implement company performance management systems
- Prepare and execute HR-related initiatives
- Manage supplier relationships
- Support general ad hoc HR tasks as required
- $70,000 - $80,000 + Super based on experience
