We're looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join a collaborative technology team delivering enhancements across the ServiceNow platform. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 3+ years' Business Analysis experience who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and helping deliver technology-driven business outcomes.

You'll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from gathering and documenting requirements through to supporting delivery and ensuring solutions meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand and document requirements.

• Facilitate workshops, interviews and discovery sessions.

• Produce high-quality business requirements, functional specifications, user stories and process maps.

• Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Work closely with developers, testers and project teams to support successful delivery.

• Assist with backlog refinement, prioritisation and sprint planning activities.

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test planning and defect management.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Around 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within technology or transformation projects.

• Previous experience working with ServiceNow, either through implementations, enhancements or ongoing platform improvements.

• Strong requirements elicitation, documentation and process mapping skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Experience facilitating workshops with both business and technical teams.

• Exposure to Agile delivery environments.

• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
