This is a role for a natural leader who thrives in the fast lane: one moment briefing creators, the next shaping annual social strategy, steering a pitch or unlocking a new revenue stream.

What You’ll Do

• Own the social vision across multiple clients — from always-on programs to big campaign moments.
• Lead strategy and execution across social, content creation and influencer, ensuring every output is insight-led and culturally sharp.
• Be the senior voice in the room during QBRs, planning sessions and strategic reviews.
• Spot cultural moments before they peak, turning trends, creators and platforms into creative opportunities for your clients.
• Champion innovation, bringing new formats, creator models and platform thinking to clients before they ask.
• Build trusted senior relationships with clients, leadership and the broader marketing team.
• Drive commercial performance, owning revenue, margin and growth across your client portfolio.
• Lead pitches and proactive proposals, working closely with Creative, Strategy, Media, PR and Production.
• Set the operational standard for how social and influencer work is scoped, delivered and measured.
• Grow and mentor a high-performing team, building capability and confidence at every level.
• Shape a social-first culture, collaborating across the agency to deliver integrated, standout work.

What You Bring

• 6-7+ years in social, content or influencer marketing (agency or brand-side).
• A proven ability to grow accounts, win business and lead teams with confidence.
• Strong commercial instincts — you understand revenue, margin and how to build a healthy portfolio.
• Deep platform expertise across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• A genuine understanding of creator culture and what makes social work.
• Proficiency in CapCut and Premiere Pro.
• A confident presence with senior clients — you earn trust quickly and keep it.
• A track record of developing talent and building strong team culture.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
