The Role
Stellar Recruitment is partnering with a well-respected Tier 2 civil contractor known for delivering complex and technically challenging projects across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty.
Due to an uptake of confirmed work, we are looking for two Civil Supervisors, with experience in the three waters space, to join the team and drive delivery on crucial builds.

Due to an uptake of confirmed work, we are looking for two Civil Supervisors, with experience in the three waters space, to join the team and drive delivery on crucial builds.

You'll be involved in:
- Leading and motivating site crews
- Interpreting site drawings and ensuring compliance
- Managing plant, materials, and labour resources to keep projects on programme
- Running pre-starts and maintaining a strong safety culture
- Working closely with engineers, subcontractors, and project managers
- Coaching and developing your team
- Proven experience supervising civil construction crews
- Strong three waters background including pipeline installation and associated civil works
- The ability to read and interpret drawings and ensure work is carried out to spec
- A solutions-focused approach to problem solving
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Solid understanding of civil construction methodologies and best practice
- A team player attitude focused on positive project outcomes
- Up to $135,000 per annum
