Join a team of 5 providers who deliver care to all of Northwest Colorado, with highly competitive compensation and work-life balance.

Opportunity Highlights:
• Base Salary Range: $140,000-$160,000
• $20,000 Sign-On Bonus
• 4-Day Work Week - No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays
• Full Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Malpractice, 4 Weeks PTO + Holidays, $7,500 for CME, 401(a) retirement plan, and more.
