Customer Service- Video Monitoring
We’re hiring Customer Service Agent to join a real-time security monitoring team in Tulsa. In this role, you’ll monitor live surveillance feeds, analyze alerts, and take action to help protect people and property.
This is a focused, high-responsibility role ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, the ability to stay alert, and comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-screen environment.

Pay & Schedule
  • Pay: $17.50–$18.50/hour (based on experience)
  • Available Shifts: 
    2nd Shift: 1:30 PM - 10 PM
    MidShift: 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM
    3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
    Must be able to work holidays and weekends
  • 100% On-site |  (Tulsa, OK)
  • 24/7 operation including weekends & holidays
What You’ll Do
  • Monitor live CCTV / surveillance feeds in real time
  • Identify suspicious activity or potential threats
  • Respond to alerts quickly and follow security protocols
  • Document and report incidents with accuracy
  • Coordinate with security teams and law enforcement when needed
  • Troubleshoot minor system or camera issues
  • Stay up to date on security procedures and best practices

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work shifts consistently
  • Bonus if you have any level of familiarity with CCTV, security systems, or alarm software (even if very minimal)
