Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Mold Repair / Production (CNC / Machine Operator) to join our team in Le Roy, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping produce high-quality rubber molded parts while developing your skills toward CNC or Tool & Die work.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Mold Repair / Production (CNC / Machine Operator), your core responsibilities will include:
● Operate molding and CNC equipment: Assist in running rubber injection molding machines to support production output and quality standards.
● Inspect and produce quality parts: Monitor parts for defects and ensure production meets efficiency and accuracy goals.
● Report production and scrap: Track output, report scrap to supervisors, and help maintain production targets.
In addition, you will also be expected to assist with general labor tasks while training into CNC machining or tool and die work.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent preferred
● No experience required – willing to train
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 10 hours per day
Skills:
● Attention to detail: Ensures parts meet quality standards and reduces waste
● Basic math skills: Supports accurate measurements, counts, and production tracking
● Mechanical aptitude: Helps you learn equipment operation and advance into CNC or toolmaking roles
