The incoming Quality Manager will play a visible role in that journey — shaping standards, systems, and culture from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide on-the-floor leadership to uphold GMP compliance and real-time decision-making
• Lead QA, QC, sanitation, and documentation across a small-batch, high-risk production environment
• Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, FSMA, FSSC 22000, HACCP, Kosher, Halal, and internal standards
• Coach and develop teams, embedding a mindset of quality, safety, and ownership across all shifts

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field (master’s preferred)
• 6+ years of experience in food, pharma, or infant formula manufacturing
• Proven team leadership in quality, sanitation, or food safety (3+ years in a lead role)
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, audits, and continuous improvement tools
