Our client, a leading global corporate group undergoing a transformative shift into digital services, seeks a seasoned Risk Management Expert to strengthen their enterprise risk management (ERM) and crisis management capabilities. About the Role

You will join the ESG-focused department to lead strategic risk management initiatives across a global organization. This position offers the opportunity to shape company-wide risk governance, drive crisis preparedness, and influence decision-making at the highest levels. Key focus areas include ERM, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Risk Governance:
• Lead the development and implementation of ERM frameworks, including identification and prioritization of key enterprise risks.
• Design and support crisis management policies, BCP strategies, and global insurance programs.
• Facilitate risk-related committee meetings (e.g., internal control, risk management) and prepare executive-level reports.
• Operational Support:
• Collaborate with business units and global subsidiaries to embed risk management practices.
• Analyze incident data to identify trends and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Guide external risk disclosures and ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
• Cross-functional Leadership:
• Partner with legal, compliance, and operational teams to integrate risk management into business processes.
• Mentor risk champions across departments to foster a risk-aware culture.

Requirements

• Essential Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of risk management experience in IT/digital services sectors (excluding incident-specific troubleshooting roles).
• Proven track record in a large organization (preferably listed or multinational).
• Experience facilitating high-stakes meetings with senior leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a history of delivering results in complex environments.
• English business proficiency.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Expertise in ERM implementation and proactive risk identification.
• Ability to create tailored presentations for diverse audiences (e.g., executives, employees).
• Experience leading meetings in English.
