Overview:

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA and/or CPA preferred
• 3+ years of relevant finance and/or accounting experience, with a strong understanding of the general ledger
• Deep knowledge of P2P procurement, purchase order workflows, and basic accounting principles (Capex vs. Opex, Accruals, Prepaids)
• Proficiency with Workday Financials and Tableau
• Experience with automated billing integrations for high-volume spend and workflow optimization
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service orientation
• Proven ability to operate accurately in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Experience working with global stakeholders, shared services or Centers of Excellence across time zones
• Strong project management skills and process improvement expertise
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency in critical situations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Entertainment industry experience
• Additional experience in workflow automation tools and systems
• Knowledge of accounting concepts such as CPA or accounting certifications
• Experience managing cross-functional projects or teams

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
• MBA and/or CPA (preferred)
• 3+ years in finance or accounting roles, ideally within procurement or operational finance
