We're welcoming a permanent fellowship trained Ortho Spine surgeon to our established, physician-led orthopedic group in Central New York. Join a thriving, independent practice offering an integrated model designed for maximum efficiency—featuring high-volume clinics, ASCs, MRI, EMG, orthobiologics, physical therapy, pain management, and injury urgent care—to streamline care and support exceptional outcomes.
Practice:
• Built-in surgical volume
• MAKO robotics
• Each physician is supported by PA, MA, surgical first assist and scheduler
• Limited call at only 1 hospital | No trauma
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive salary plus net annual collections bonus | $1MM+ proven earnings
• Major signing incentives
• Partnership track with opportunity for ASC and clinic ownership
• Profit sharing
• PTO, CME, employer-paid malpractice, medical, dental, life, AD&D, STD and EAP
