- Assemble electromechanical prototype products using verbal and written work instructions
- Work closely with design and manufacturing engineers to develop efficient assembly processes
- Recommend improvements that reduce assembly time and manufacturing costs
- Redline assembly procedures and Bills of Material (BOMs) based on findings and build experience
- Support Manufacturing Engineers with work-cell development and optimization
- Participate in project meetings to understand daily priorities and deliverables
- Help establish best practices for future production processes
- Minimum of 2 years of electromechanical assembly experience
- Experience using hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque drivers, wrenches, and pliers
- Soldering experience required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Associate Degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering is a plus
- PCBA through-hole and SMT experience is a plus
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
