A global IT services company is seeking a Product Manager to join its Definition Master Group.

Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture design of a data platform, defining requirements and designing data pipelines for collecting, cleansing, structuring, and vectorizing data from multiple sources
- Design data models for knowledge graphs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to optimize catalog and master data, enabling AI agents to perform advanced reasoning
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), functional specifications, and technical documentation, serving as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams
- Manage project delivery, including schedule, risk, and quality management, leveraging both Agile and Waterfall methodologies for complex IT projects
- Drive data governance by ensuring security, compliance, and governance are embedded throughout the data lifecycle, from collection to utilization, while addressing technical challenges such as scalability and AI model accuracy

Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in IT project management, program management, or project delivery, with a proven track record of independently leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across business and engineering teams
- Experience working as a management consultant, PMO, or upstream consultant at a leading consulting firm (e.g., Accenture, KPMG) or a major IT services/vendor organization
- Strong experience in data management and solution design, including data modeling for large-scale catalog, master, or knowledge data, and defining requirements for collecting and structuring data from multiple sources
- Excellent analytical thinking and documentation skills, with the ability to translate abstract business requirements into detailed functional specifications, data models, and platform requirements
- Experience designing AI/LLM-enabled platforms, including knowledge graphs, vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or other AI-ready data architectures
- Working knowledge of web scraping and data engineering, with the ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers regarding multi-source data collection platforms and related technologies

Working hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
