Business Process Analyst

Overview

Client is seeking a Business Process Analyst with a strong blend of business analysis and hands-on application development experience. This role will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to support application development, business process improvement, requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and ongoing solution delivery across web and mobile platforms.

Core Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, end users, and technical development teams.
• Analyze business processes, systems, data, and organizational structures to identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Model current-state and future-state business processes.
• Support project concept development, business case creation, and solution planning.
• Coordinate requirements management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide support during development, testing, implementation, and change management activities.
• Identify project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with IT teams throughout design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Engage stakeholders ranging from executive leadership to technical teams.
• Coordinate customer feedback and changing business requirements.
• Provide quality assurance guidance for vendors and system integration partners.
• Support the professional and technical development of team members.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies

• Experience developing applications using ASP.NET MVC and .NET technologies.
• Strong proficiency with C#.
• Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, and modern web development practices.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• Experience supporting Azure-based application development and deployments.
• Experience building scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications.
• Experience using Git for source control and collaborative development.
• Experience developing and supporting native iOS and Android mobile applications.
• Proficiency with Swift for iOS development.
• Proficiency with Kotlin for Android development.
• Experience supporting Firebase back-end services.
• Experience developing and supporting applications built on .NET Core 2.1 and Angular.
• Experience developing and supporting applications built on .NET 6 and React.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, testing, and implementation support experience.

Preferred Skills or Experience

• Experience with Angular and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience with Docker and containerized development environments.
• Experience with Node.js and Gulp.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio Code and .NET SDK v8.0.
• Experience with DBeaver.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience supporting application modernization initiatives.
• Familiarity with mobile application deployment and maintenance across Apple App Store and Google Play Store environments.
