This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of enterprise AI—working remotely with flexible hours and collaborating across multiple business domains such as Finance, Merchandising, and Marketing.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience with low-code platforms, specifically Copilot Studio or similar tools
• Strong understanding of AI, data analysis, and business intelligence concepts
• Ability to create and implement rapid proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Proficiency in using drag-and-drop functionalities to solve complex business questions
• Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical solutions into business language
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience working with Microsoft technologies and pro-code development
• Knowledge of enterprise data architecture and data governance
• Familiarity with process automation and digital transformation initiatives
• Experience in finance, merchandising, or marketing domains

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, AI, or low-code development roles
• Demonstrated success in delivering business-focused AI or automation solutions

Other Requirements:

• Location: Remote (Must work EST hours, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Contract duration: 7 months with potential extension based on performance
• Target start date: 08/31/2024
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
