- Gather business requirements and coordinate with business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Assist in managing project timelines, risks, issues, and implementation activities.
- Support the rollout and enhancement of digital solutions, including fulfilment and customer experience initiatives.
- Partner with regional and local teams to understand business needs and drive project execution.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, presentations, and business cases.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of digital transformation projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
- 4-7 years of experience in digital operations, e-commerce, project coordination, or business transformation.
- Retail, e-commerce, or FMCG industry experience preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and project coordination skills.
