Finance Manager

About the Role

Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Finance Manager will oversee key financial reporting and accounting activities while driving improvements across a multi-entity organization. You’ll partner with finance, technology, and operational leaders to improve reporting, automation, controls, and decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Prepare and review financial statements, analysis, and management reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis
• Oversee core accounting activities and promote consistent policies and controls
• Strengthen internal controls and support audit and compliance requirements
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline finance processes
• Improve financial systems, reporting, and data quality
• Support business integrations and other strategic finance initiatives
• Partner with senior leaders and operational teams to provide financial insight
• Mentor and support members of the finance team

What You Bring

• University degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
• CPA or equivalent designation preferred
• Approximately 7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge
• Experience in a multi-entity or complex business environment
• Strong understanding of close, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and controls
• Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems
• Exposure to acquisitions, integrations, or process transformation is an asset
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and leadership skills
