This is a broad, hands-on role spanning corporate procurement, suppliers, insurance, fleet, property leases and tenders/business development support.

About the Role
Sitting within the corporate services function, you'll become a key point of support across the business and work closely with Finance, Business Development, Legal, HSEW and branch management.
You'll inherit a varied remit with plenty of opportunity to improve processes, bring structure to existing systems and make the role your own over time.

About the Role
Sitting within the corporate services function, you'll become a key point of support across the business and work closely with Finance, Business Development, Legal, HSEW and branch management.
You'll inherit a varied remit with plenty of opportunity to improve processes, bring structure to existing systems and make the role your own over time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating corporate insurance renewals, certificates of currency and claims administration
- Managing fleet purchasing, disposals, records and associated administration
- Maintaining the national property lease register, including renewals, rent reviews and key dates
- Coordinating procurement of standard laboratory equipment, PPE and uniforms
- Managing relationships with key corporate suppliers and identifying opportunities to improve value and processes
- Supporting fixed asset records and associated financial administration
- Coordinating EOIs, tenders, capability statements and client submissions
- Maintaining prequalification panels, registrations, compliance and WHS documentation
- Managing information and submissions across tender and client portals
- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc projects and corporate initiatives as required
