THE ROLE — WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Working as a Data Reporting Analyst across a portfolio of utilities infrastructure programmes, you will be responsible for producing the dashboards, reports, and management information that programme teams and senior stakeholders rely on to make decisions. • Developing, maintaining, and improving Power BI dashboards and reporting products across utilities infrastructure programmes

• Producing accurate, validated, and insightful management information and reporting packs for programme teams and senior stakeholders

• Collecting and processing data from multiple sources across water, energy, and regulated asset programme environments

• Supporting the production of weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting outputs aligned to programme controls frameworks

• Ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all reporting tools and outputs

• Working closely with project controls, PMO, and delivery teams to understand reporting requirements and tailor outputs to different stakeholder audiences

• Identifying trends, anomalies, and data issues within programme reporting and escalating or resolving them proactively

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, templates, and governance standards across the team

• Supporting the development and implementation of digital reporting solutions and BI tools within the programme environment
