About the Role
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this is a highly influential leadership opportunity responsible for leading the organisation’s Employee and Industrial Relations function. Supported by an experienced team, you will provide both strategic direction and hands-on leadership across enterprise bargaining, employee relations, industrial relations, governance, compliance and workforce risk.
Key areas of responsibility will include:

About You
You are a seasoned ER/IR leader with proven experience leading enterprise bargaining, industrial negotiations and employee relations initiatives within large, complex organisations.
Your expertise spans workplace relations strategy, governance, compliance, remuneration, industrial instrument interpretation, workforce remediation and organisational change. Equally comfortable in the boardroom and in operational discussions, you bring strong judgement, credibility and influence when partnering with executives, unions, regulators and key stakeholders.
Most importantly, you are a pragmatic and solutions-focused leader who enjoys building capability, improving systems and delivering meaningful outcomes for both people and organisations.
