我们正在寻找一位后端开发工程师,加入 AI Agent平台团队,负责 AI 相关功能的设计、开发与持续迭代。该职位需要扎实的 Java 后端能力,同时对 AI 技术领域保持持续关注和实践热情。我们期待善于利用 AI 工具提升开发效率的候选人。

岗位职责：

1.参与 AI Agent 相关功能的设计、开发与持续迭代,推动平台能力演进；

2.使用 Java 进行系统后端开发,确保代码质量和系统性能；

3.探索并推广 AI 辅助开发的最佳实践,提升团队整体开发效率；

4.参与需求分析与技术方案制定,编写设计文档；

5.与前端、测试、产品等团队紧密协作,确保项目顺利交付；

6.主动跟踪 AI 领域前沿技术趋势,通过技术分享等形式推动团队技术能力提升。

任职要求：

1.计算机相关专业本科及以上学历,3 年以上 Java 开发经验；

2.Java 基础扎实,深入理解 IO、多线程、集合等基础框架和 JVM 原理；

3.熟练掌握 Spring、Spring Boot、MyBatis 等主流框架；

4.熟悉 Web 安全常见场景及处理方案；

5.熟悉 MySQL 等关系型数据库,以及 Redis、MongoDB 等 NoSQL 数据库；

6.熟练使用 AI 辅助编程工具（如 Cursor、Claude Code等）进行日常开发,具备 AI-assisted development 实践经验；

7.对 AI 领域有浓厚兴趣和持续的自驱学习习惯,主动关注 Agent、多模态、Memory、RAG 等技术趋势和前沿动态；

8.具备良好的沟通表达和团队协作能力,积极主动,执行力强。

加分项：

1.具备 Python 开发经验,能够使用 Python 进行数据处理、脚本编写或 AI 相关工具开发；

2.有 AI 相关平台或产品的开发经验,了解主流 AI 框架（如 LangChain、LlamaIndex 等）和大模型应用开发；

3.有中间件或平台系统相关开发经验；

4.有分布式系统设计和开发经验；

5.有开源项目贡献或技术博客。
