What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 3+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, insurance, commercial lending, or related fields
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and nurture professional relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Exceptional organizational skills and superb time management
  • High school diploma or higher; some college experience preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with comfort working in an executive setting

Nice to Have:

  • Additional experience in premium finance or collections
  • Prior experience in a role requiring detailed problem-solving and training others
  • Flexibility to adapt and learn during a 3-6 month onboarding period

Additional Details:

  • Location: On-site, working hours from 8 am to 5 pm
  • Salary Range: $46,000 - $52,000 annually
  • Opportunity for career growth, although progress may be gradual
